Code For Sustainable Homes – Why us?
The Build Energy team is vastly experienced in delivering successful Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments.
We can manage every part of the process, from initial pre-assessments for planning applications, through to post construction certification.
Our Code for Sustainable Homes consultants have the deep expertise you need to gain those credits – whatever the level you are striving for.
You might find another company offering Code Assessments, but that is only part of the story. Can they wrap up the whole process and deliver it to you?
We work incredibly hard to provide a one-stop-shop – meaning you dont need to deal with multiple contractors and suppliers throughout the process.
For starters we have a team of SAP and Code assessors working side by side – which is incredibly valuable when you are trying to secure energy credits.
We work together with our own ecologists and hydrogeologists, which means you wont have to deal with other companies during the process to source your credits.
Our test engineers will then finally test, inspect and certify the finished build so you get signed off quickly.
The Build Energy team is set up to proactively manage your assessment to ensure success.
