This is the latest phase of development at Rubus Homes Honiton site, consisting of 3 beautifully crafted timber frame houses.

Dan Wilkinson and his team have produced a very efficient, incredibly air tight build, which in conjunction with very sympathetic exterior materials and stonework look quite stunning too.

The Rubus team achieved an air tightness of below 2m3/hm2 with careful onsite practices – we will soon be uploading a blog telling you a bit more about how they did it – so keep an eye out!
