
Lots of glazing in your new Garden Room? Converting a dwelling into multiple flats? It is likely that Building Control will require Part L1b SAP calculations to show that you are meeting Part L1b Regulations.
Many extension designs do not comply with the 25% glazing-to-floor-area rule. By upgrading or over compensating in construction of other elements, or perhaps using the additional solar gains, this can be overcome.
