Our latest scheme for Peak Quality Homes for a two dwelling development in Grayshott, Surrey has now completed. As well as the usual Part L compliance reporting, the client was required by East Hampshire District Council to show a 10% reduction in the energy requirement of the finished build over baseline figures.
With a combination of improved construction specification, zone controls and installation of two 4m2 Viridian solar thermal arrays, our assessors were able to demonstrate an impressive 16% reduction in Co2 emissisons on both plots over minimum building regulations requirements.
Peak Quality Homes MD Graham Anderson said, “Having appointed Build Energy Ltd for our most recent project at Waggoners Way, Grayshott, we found the services provided to us were professional, knowledgeable and prompt from the initial enquiry right through to air leakage testing and final report.”
