We typically work on construction projects between RIBA stages 2-6. Our service flexes to your needs, with a sharp focus on simplifying the process, eliminating risk and reducing project costs.
We work to suit the needs of your project, whether that’s a one-off assessment, a white labelled resource when you need it, or a fully managed, long term support across projects and disciplines.
At stage 2 we equip you with the expertise and guidance you need for early concept designs and pre-planning. This is where we can be creative with construction types, building services and technologies.
We’ll ensure that you not only hit the brief, but are also able to entrench sustainable design from the start.
At stage 3 we support you throughout the planning phases, providing a comprehensive suite of energy modelling, assessments and wider environmental reporting to ensure a swift and successful application.
Taking the lead from your local planning policy, we will also address any environmental standards required like BREEAM, HQM or other bespoke schemes.
At stage 4 we start to apply our deep technical skills, ensuring that the finalised detailed design is compliant with building regulations and planning conditions.
We also ensure that any planning conditions from stage 3 are being met. We then wrap up all of the reporting for building control submission.
Throughout the build we work with contractors to ensure that the build remains compliant and that any changes are managed to reduce risk.
We also take care of 1st fix diagnostic air testing and prepare for pre-completion testing for sound, air and ventilation compliance.
Handover & Closeout
Finally we manage a smooth completion and handover process, delivering final testing, reporting and certification for sign off.
