Initial scoping discussions with Pete were really helpful, the quote arrived as promised in no more than an hour, and the work was completed within the agreed timescale of 5 working days from order, without any chasing. As the work was progressing Cam called me to discuss the assumptions he was making for the SAP calculations, and we arrived on a final assessment I have been able to discuss.
