Arthur Stanley House is a refurbishment and extension project in the heart of London’s Fitzrovia, creating 52,000 sqft of world class office space alongside new build residential units.
The 1960s office block sits within the Charlotte Street conservation area and has been repurposed to provide BREEAM Excellent office space integrating Air Source Heat Pumps with natural ventilation and solar PV.
We are delighted to be assisting the project team (developer Westbrook Partners, Architect AHMM and contractor 4K Contracts) with pre and post construction technical services.
