Challoner House is a former Victorian warehouse which has now been refurbished and converted into new office space. BE worked with the project team to help deliver a BREEAM certified Cat A fit out of the building. Challoner House has been Highly Commended at the Architects’ Journal Retrofit and Reuse Awards, in the Adaptive Reuse into Office category.
