Clay Copse is a new build home in the heart of the New Forest. Fossil fuel free, it makes use of an Air Source Heat Pump and solar PV panels. This future proof arrangement excels at today’s building regulations and will still be useful for years to come. Care was also taken to address thermal bridging in the early designs, making use of junction details from the insulation manufacturer.
