BE has been appointed by leading south coast practice ECA Architecture and Planning, to support the planning application for a 224 unit residential scheme on Dunstable Road, Luton.

The now consented, 12 storey building is centred on a highly sustainable design utilising high thermal performance and efficient centralised ventilation with heat recovery.  A proposed CHP (Combined Heat & Power) system further reduces emissions some 38% beyond building regulation requirements.
