This new build and conversion project is led by Redtree Ventures Development & Investment.
The existing site consists of a Victorian Villa comprising of six apartments, a commercial unit and 26 garages to the rear of the site.
Redtree have recently submitted a planning application to redevelop the existing garages into nine luxury mews houses. Given the site’s position in Tollington Park Conservation Area, Redtree undertook extensive design work in conjunction with Heritage Collective Heritage Consultants to ensure the design of the garages was sympathetic to wider Conservation Area in terms of materiality, scale and built form.
Redtree are also undertaking a refurbishment of the six existing apartments which will involve the repair and restoration of the original external features of the Victorian Villa.
