Purpose of Role
To join our Energy & Sustainability Services (ESS) team, helping our clients through the planning and technical design phases with the delivery of energy assessments, reporting and planning reports for residential schemes.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver Part L energy assessments
- Produce compliance reporting with established SAP Calculation software and tools
- Produce planning stage reporting
- Consult with clients in achieving compliance and performance targets
- Liaise with building control and planning departments
- Organise workload and projects and communicate with Project Coordinator
- Update CRM system and workflow tools
- Liaise with and support Sales and Operations departments
- Input to CPD learning materials, delivery and content
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA)
- At least 2 years experience of delivering SAP Assessments
- Able to offer advice and consult effectively with clients around construction, HVAC and renewables
- Thorough understanding of the Part L regulations and wider policy landscape
- Experience of Sketchup/Revit/AutoCAD desirable
- Experience of delivering planning-stage energy statements and reports desirable
We welcome applicants with wider skillsets and are able to tailor a role to suit those with NDEA, Building Physics or BREEAM experience for example.
