We are seeking a sustainability consultant to join our team in Christchurch, Dorset.
The candidate must have previous experience of carrying out residential SAP Assessments. You will be a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) with experience of the planning and Part L building regs process. You may also have experience of writing sustainability reports and strategies for planning phases and dealing with local renewables obligation and requirements.

Our assessors need to be extremely well organised and demonstrate a keen attention for detail. Most importantly they will need to demonstrate a strong client focus, positive personality and a strong team ethic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own projects, importantly this includes liaison with our wider team and maintaining good communication with the client teams throughout.
Hours 9.00-5.30, 37.5 hours per week with the possibility of some offsite travel, training and meetings expected.
