We are delighted to have assisted Murphy Group in their delivery of 70 new homes within the Padnall Lake development, including 26 three bedroom townhouses, 44 flats, and a community centre. These have been completed for the client Be First, which is the regeneration arm of Barking and Dagenham Council.
A dedicated community energy centre accompanies the scheme, incorporating heat pump technology to provide heating and hot water to residents. This has future proofed the properties and removed the need for fossil fuel systems within the homes.
