The cost of delivering BREEAM schemes is about to increase.
BRE have given notice that fees will be increasing for all assessments registered on or after 1st July 2021.
Whilst increases will vary, UK non-domestic schemes will see an uplift of around 6% to registration and certification fees – these fees are applied throughout a project.
This means that clients who register their schemes before 1st July 2021 can secure the current fees for the duration of their project.
