We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Sustainability Consultant who is looking to join our growing business and develop their skills, to help achieve our mission to deliver the best sustainable outcomes for our clients.
The candidate must hold a level 5 Non Domestic Energy Assessor accreditation (NDEA), ideally be a CIBSE Low Carbon Assessor/Consultant and demonstrate at least 5 years experience of delivering building physics assignments including:
- Part L compliance
- TM59/TM52 overheating analysis
- Heat gain/heat loss calculations
- Daylight / sunlight modelling
- TM54 Evaluation
- BB101 performance
The candidate must be an experienced user of IESVE/TAS/Designbuilder software.
They will also bring experience of the planning and building regs process with experience of writing sustainability reports and strategies for planning phases and dealing with London Plan / UK wide local plans and requirements.
Experience or qualifications in BREEAM or lifecycle assessment would be welcomed.

We can provide a flexible 37.5 hour week with the possibility of some limited offsite travel, training and meetings expected.
