How does it work?
We work with clients to achieve the energy performance targets set within Part L of the building regulations. Your SAP assessor will assess the dwelling from architects drawings and from the construction specification. We also factor in the heating, lighting and ventilation strategy to establish the CO2 emissions and energy costs associated with that dwelling. Because of this ‘off plan’ nature of the assessment we do not need to come to site.
We will never fail a project and will always provide solutions and feedback for achieving a pass.
